This blooming pendant was designed and made for a mother, a gardener that is always tending to not just her plants, but her family as well.Â
The client came to Alice & Chains Jewelry wanting a matching necklace and pair of earrings. This piece was inspired by the idea of a blooming flower. Studying the photography of Irving Penn and flower samples from the client's garden this piece was hand-carved and produced using the lost-wax process.

Visit product page →Inspired by the stones origins and their ability to withstand the extremes forces of entering our Earth’s atmosphere we developed a design that likened to the stones exact arrival. Meteors, shooting stars, constellations - the infinite vastness of pitch black speckled with lights inspired tales rich with Gods, mythical creatures, love, lust, and war. We created a set of three sterling silver pin brooches (brooches without a hook and catch). The brooches can be worn together like a constellation or individually, shining bright like Venus in the deep night’s sky. The stones are eclipsed by a spiral of sterling silver on the left, and the third on the right. The number three representing each the couples children.Â*Stones were provided by client and not included in the cost. -

As with many of our statement pieces, the size of this piece is striking, however its overall weight is surprising once on the wrist. The five bands of the upper portion transform the piece from what looks like 5 bracelets into a single cuff. However - Alice & Chains Jewelry found another, more beautiful purpose for this epic uncut stone. Inspired by the name Eleven Rose - the ring and pendant were produced in White Gold, the cufflinks in Sterling Silver. If looking closely the pendant and cufflinks design changes slightly, producing the letter "s" across the stones. A pair of earrings are awaiting inspiration for their design.
