What is bespoke?

Bespoke jewelry is truly the art of one-of-a-kind. Creating jewelry to be exactly the design you want, with hand-selected stones, to perfectly fit your budget, event, and lifestyle. It is a piece of jewelry crafted around your story - whether made from heirloom stones, a old engagement ring, a family crest, or that single diamond earring floating in your jewelry box. Alice & Chains Jewelry believes bespoke should be an experience, include a story, and become a piece that gets passed onto generations to come.


Isn't custom jewelry expensive?

It is all what you make it. You set the budget and we work within that. A design deposit of $125 is due before renders are delivered, and is applied towards final total.


I'm not creative! How am I supposed to come up with an idea?

Creativity is what Alice & Chains Jewelry is here for. Come to us with the simplest concept of a push gift, birthday, Anniversary, bridal, customer appreciation, etc. and we will work with you to flush the idea and design out. Taking into consideration costs, size, colors, meanings, and inspiration you would like to shine through in your bespoke piece.

How do I care for Sterling Silver?

The best way to care for a sterling silver piece is to wear it! Wearing sterling silver is naturally abrasive and keeps tarnishing at bay. Alice & Chains Jewelry provides a polishing cloth with every Sterling Silver piece, when you see tarnish use the polishing cloth.

How long do custom orders take?

We find that most custom orders take between four and eight weeks. Orders vary depending on that's an estimate not a promise, as life happens whether in the form of vacations, work emergencies, holidays, lost phones, unanswered emails, sick kids, etc.

Can you rush orders?

Depending on the design and scale of the project - yes - we can do rush orders. Rush orders require the $125 deposit upfront before renderings and have an additional 15% charge of total cost, not including shipping. If product is being shipped, it will require overnight shipping by Fed Ex and/or UPS which is paid by client.
